STRESSED!!!

I am so stressed right now with Phantasy star online blue burst!!! I've installed all the items that were needed and it still says Cannot create file data\map_city02_00_00o_s.dat

I think I'm going to give up now and stick with the Gamecube version!!!
Stupid Blue burst... curse you!!!!!
